1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using 2Eat.PK ("Platform," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 2Eat.PK. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.
Account Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information to maintain its accuracy. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities under your account.
Business Verification
Business accounts must provide valid business information and documentation. We reserve the right to verify business credentials and suspend accounts that provide false or misleading information.
3. Permitted Use and License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Service for personal and commercial purposes related to food business discovery and promotion.
Permitted Activities
- Searching for and discovering food businesses and menu items
- Creating and managing business listings (for verified vendors)
- Posting genuine reviews and ratings
- Sharing content through provided social media features
- Using our API and widgets as permitted
Prohibited Activities
- Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Creating fake accounts or impersonating others
- Scraping, crawling, or automated data collection
- Interfering with our systems or security measures
- Violating intellectual property rights
- Posting inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
- Competing directly with our Service using our data
4. Vendor Responsibilities and Business Listings
Business Information Accuracy
Vendors must provide accurate, current, and complete business information including contact details, location, hours of operation, menu items, and pricing. Any material changes must be updated promptly.
Legal Compliance
Vendors are responsible for:
- Maintaining all required business licenses and permits
- Complying with food safety and health regulations
- Following local, provincial, and federal laws
- Paying applicable taxes and fees
- Respecting intellectual property rights
Content Standards
All business content must be appropriate, professional, and comply with our Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to remove or modify content that violates these standards.
Subscription and Featured Listings
Premium features and subscriptions are subject to additional terms and conditions. Payment obligations continue until properly canceled. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.
5. User-Generated Content
Content Ownership and License
You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with our Service.
Content Standards
User content must be:
- Truthful, accurate, and not misleading
- Respectful and not discriminatory
- Relevant to food businesses and experiences
- Free from spam, advertising, or promotional content (unless authorized)
- Compliant with applicable laws and regulations
Review Guidelines
Reviews must be based on genuine experiences. Fake reviews, review manipulation, or incentivized reviews are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
6. Third-Party Services and Integration
Social Media Integration
Our Service integrates with social media platforms including Facebook and Google. Your use of these features is subject to the respective platform's terms of service and privacy policies.
Payment Processing
Payment transactions are processed by third-party payment providers. Additional terms and conditions apply to payment services.
Maps and Location Services
We use Google Maps and location services to provide business location information. Use of these services is subject to Google's Terms of Service.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service, including its design, functionality, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by 2Eat.PK and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our intellectual property without explicit written permission.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Service, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, but cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Service Availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.
Business Information
We are not responsible for the accuracy of business information provided by vendors, the quality of food or services, or any interactions between users and businesses.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2Eat.PK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 2Eat.PK and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of others.
11. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or other reasonable cause. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, but provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability survive.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of Pakistan.
Before initiating formal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good faith resolution through direct communication.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our Service, legal requirements, or business practices. Material changes will be communicated through email or prominent website notice.
Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and 2Eat.PK regarding the Service.
